Choose one useful next step
A revision session with a clear finish
You do not need to do every skill in one sitting. Choose one difficulty, practise it and check the result. Keep a short note of what you want to retrieve next time.
- Start with a few words from the vocabulary hub. Cover the meaning and retrieve it.
- Read a short passage in the reading hub. Underline evidence for an answer.
- Choose a useful form from grammar and use it in your own sentence.
- Write a short answer, then say it aloud. Use the writing models to check development, not to memorise a paragraph.
- Return to the sentence another day without looking at the model. If you cannot retrieve it, simplify or practise the part that caused trouble.
For IGCSE French, check whether your school uses Pearson Edexcel International GCSE or Cambridge IGCSE. The combined Pearson reading/writing paper and separate Cambridge papers need different task planning.
Your course, your exam board
Confirm your board with your teacher. These are original learning resources, not official papers or a grade prediction.
Cambridge exam year matters: 2025–2027 and 2028–2030 are different syllabuses. The PDF above is for 2025–2027; for a later exam, choose your year on the official Cambridge French qualification page. Pearson guidance here concerns the linear 2017 International GCSE specifications (4FR1 / 4SP1); check the precise qualification your school enters.
Free resources for your spoken answers
The existing French revision pack focuses on speaking: models, photo tasks, role plays and mini-mocks. Adapt the language to your own life and board. It is not a new all-skills workbook.

No account, email or payment is needed for the pack. All exercises on these website hubs can also be used without downloading the app.
Carry the skill into your next answer
Move between understanding language and using it. Pick a related resource rather than starting another long checklist.
